Onboarding

We assist new providers with the onboarding process by gathering all necessary documentation and completing credentialing applications in compliance with regulatory and payer standards. Guidant MSO also oversees periodic re-credentialing to ensure provider records remain current and accurate, supporting continuous network participation and reimbursement eligibility.

Issue Resolution

Serving as the primary point of contact, Guidant MSO assists providers in resolving a wide range of administrative issues related to claims, authorizations, eligibility verifications, and technical challenges. We coordinate with relevant departments and escalate concerns when necessary to ensure timely resolution and minimize disruptions to practice operations.

Contract Support

Guidant MSO helps providers understand and navigate their contractual relationships with health plans and Independent Practice Associations (IPAs), offering comprehensive support with contract negotiation, fee schedule clarification, reimbursement model education, and guidance on terms and obligations to ensure alignment with practice goals.

Performance Monitoring

We track key performance indicators such as utilization, quality of care, patient satisfaction, and other relevant metrics, sharing this data with providers to help identify areas for improvement. This supports better clinical outcomes, enhances patient experiences, and ensures alignment with value-based care initiatives and payer expectations.

Physician Education

We provide both initial orientation and ongoing training for providers and their staff, ensuring they are fully familiar with key administrative processes such as claims submission, referral procedures, compliance requirements, and updates to healthcare regulations or payer policies. This helps support operational efficiency and regulatory readiness.

Portal Technology

Guidant MSO offers access to secure provider portals that streamline essential administrative tasks such as checking eligibility, submitting claims, managing referrals, and accessing important updates. We also provide responsive technical assistance and user support to ensure smooth and efficient use of these platforms.
